Dean was really great throughout the entire process of buying my son his first car. He kept in constant contact and was very accommodating with negotiation, setting up financing and even staying late since we were coming from Miami. The finance team allowed everything to go smoothly and were in and out in record time. Would highly recommend the dealership and Dean for his white glove service and overall professionalism.

I would like to say that buying two cars from the dealership was enjoyable because of our outstanding salesman Anthony Delisio who diligently met every need of ours while assisting us make those purchases. No stone was left unturned, every detail was explained and his hard work was noticed this was why we choose to purchase a second vehicle with his assistance. He deserves more than 5 stars! Now let me say that if we would purchases a third vehicle it would only be with him. The dealership has some areas to work on and because of this i can only say they are woth two stars at the moment. The entire service department is a joke. Poor communication at all levels. We had a vehicle looked at for two issues. After dropping the vehicle off it took several days to here from the service department. When we had been contacted and informed that it would be at least 5 days before looking at the issues and could be another week before getting repairs done all because they were taking care of all the snowbirds that were heading back north. No loaners available no rush to assit a local customer that has responsibilities to get back and from work that uses the service department year around. After the repairs the vehicle was still not fixed. Called a few times and unfortunately, no response. Stopped by the dealership on a Friday to speak to a service advisor and was told that as soon as someone comes in to see the note on Monday they would arrage for a loaner and set up an appointment to have the vehicle repaired. Never was contacted. Left message that week. We are now still waiting for return calls. It has been over a month now. I can say that my wife and I are so disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of communication we are really considering purchasing our next car for our daughter else where. The only reason that may have us come back to the dealership to purchase would because we are loyal to Anthony Delisio and want him to be successful.

Terrible response time, no communication, no return calls. Had appt on a Friday, car was not brought into the shop until a week later. Why make an appointment? I had to call for any updates. Finally got car back, the car was dirty and had sticky sap on the hood and windshield. Inside my car it smelled like grease, there was grease on roof handle inside driver side door and on the visor I had to clean off. I contacted Hyundia corporate because the dealership communicated to me that they were waiting on approval to make any repairs. This was now over 3 weeks sitting at the dealership. Once corporate was contacted I eventually got my car back. When I called corporate, they did not show any communication from the dealership service dept. My dealership back home was amazing! I am very disappointed in the lack of attention and service and lack of care to my vehicle from this dealership in Naples. They should do better…much much better. I am at work otherwise I would have so much more to add. Looking at the names I think Josh was the only one who called me back.
