My wife and I purchased a brand new 2027 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL at Tamiami Hyundai in Naples, FL 26 September after they trucked it in from another dealer at no cost to us.  Product specialist Anthony Delisio was honest and had told me he was unfamiliar with the Hyundai Military $500 Bonus verified by ID.me earlier in the week.  Since I already had a verified account at ID.me, I wasn't "too" worried.  Jeff Stall (Sales Mgr.) and Tony Catalina (Product Specialist) sent texts stating that I am verified at ID.me and that I will be getting my military service $500 bonus.  Anthony texted me a Vehicle Buyer's Order showing our trade-in value along with all other correct pertinent information.  I also made a $500 deposit via a credit card via the internet.  Jeff assured us that Tamiami Hyundai would NOT degrade its offer on our trade-in unless it's damaged, etcetera...which it was not.  Our trade-in was a garage kept 2024 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD Dual Motor vehicle with 6,300 miles!  Jeff was true to his word when our trade-in was appraised on the day of delivery of our Ioniq 5.  I also received my military bonus of $500 and our HMF Dealer Choice Finance Bonus Cash $4,000, as promised, applied and documented on our Vehicle Buyer's Order in addition to my $500 deposit being documented.  Everything went well with Tony and Jason (Finance).  Both were very friendly, helpful, and professional with excellent knowledge of their respective positions.  Tony also added Hyundai's Bluelink+ to our phones and explained the vehicle's technology to us.  We would purchase again at Tamiami Hyundai and highly recommend Tony, Anthony, Jeff and Jason for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity whether you're in the neighborhood...or not!  Thank you one and all for a great experience!  

Chyrstal was amazing. Her attention to details and patience with me was awesome. Even after the sale intead of just handing me the keys she spent at least 2 hours with me programming the car and helped me understand how it worked. Sbe made the sale easy and seamless with no pressure or sales tactics. I would give my highest reccomendation to her!

Overall, my wife and I had a very good experience. Our Sales Representative stood out as excellent, focused on a high level of service and was a great listener. Our finance experience was not as positive as a thorough review of our credit history was not complete before a proposed finance rate was provided.

All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional from service to sales to finance. The location is quite nice. Inventory was plentiful. My sales associate (Anthony) was great!

The first mechanic who looked at my car was terrible – he obviously did not listen, and he checked off areas. He had not looked at or he would've known my complaint about the air conditioning was valid. The service rep was excellent and took a second look at the car and agreed with my problem. If it were not for him, I would've gone somewhere else for Help. The people who met me at the front door were very polite and kind. My compliments and positive remarks about the service refer only to Hector Gutierrez, who overall the work, saw that I was happy and really listened to me as no one else did. I sent an email to the service manager, but never got an acknowledgment or a reply. The first time I waited for my car, the real problem was not diagnosed so I had to come back. The second time I dropped my car off and Hector Gutierrez, arranged for a loaner for me. Without this help, I would not have left my car there because I cannot function without a car. I have mobility issues.
