It’s nice and clean, everyone was friendly, not just our salesman. Mike Colgan was so helpful. He got the exact car I wanted. I was so pleased with the delivery as well as Mikes professionalism. He was able to walk me through the features on my Tucson and told me I was welcome back for any more lessons or if I had questions, to call anytime. Great service at this dealership.
We have been loyal tamiami customers over the 30 years we’ve lived in Naples. Having bought several new and used vehicles from your Ford location as well as five vehicles in last 5 years at Hyundai between ourselves, our son and our daughter in law. Two weeks ago I scheduled my regular oil change and tire rotation at Tamiami Hyundai I later called to let service know I also needed my windshield wipers checked. The auto setting is not working even at highest sensitivity level. My Tucson is still under the 60,000 mile warranty. When I brought the vehicle in told Osvaldo what needed to be done and that I would wait. Two hours later the car was done. After I left I realized I was never told anything about the wiper issue. I turned around and went back to talk with Osvaldo. Osvaldo told me nothing was found regarding my concerns (even though nowhere on the work order could I even see mention of the wiper issue being checked.) I was told it wasn’t on there cause no issue was found. I explained to Osvaldo that if no issue was found that means the auto setting on wipers worked, which they did not. He said no it just means they did their normal walk around the vehicle. How they would find there is an issue doing that is beyond me. I told him all they had to do was run vehicle and spray water on windshield to mimic rain to see they do not click on. He told me they don’t do that but I could schedule another visit but would need to leave the vehicle for several days. That is truly absurd. I was already there two hours and it was obviously never even checked. If it was looked at the service mechanic should have noted it on the service sheet which he did not We are retired and now have only one vehicle. We cannot be without our car for several days to find out the wipers don’t work correctly. (Most likely the windshield sensor). This issue needs to be addressed and if service truly needs the vehicle for several days we need a dealer loaner vehicle to use. There is no way as it stands that we could possibly give 10’s for this service visit Your assistance in addressing this issue resolved is appreciated.
We are writing to let you know about an outstanding employee. When we contacted your dealership, Anthony was both polite and quick with answers to any questions that we had. He then expanded on some of my questions and gave me greater detail into the car that I was interested in. We were on a tight timeframe to locate a good car and drove two hours to get to your dealership, which can be a harrowing experience not knowing whether the sales representative is being honest, or going to use bait and switch to get us to the dealership and possibly sell us a different car which has happened to me in the past. Anthony kept in touch with us during the drive over, getting us answers to a few questions and he did the same thing after we left. Anthony was very straightforward, honest and made the journey well worth it. Upon our arrival, he greeted us outside, waiting for us to arrive, which I thought was outstanding customer service. He then brought us in, went over all the different details. Anything, I asked that needed clarification, he immediately researched and got an answer for me from the smallest detail. When I inquired if the car had a spare tire or not he actually left the dealership, went outside and got under the car to make sure there was one there. There was a discrepancy between the options that came with the car on your website and the website that we used to locate your vehicle. Anthony was able to make us happy by giving us one of the items that were listed on the car site that we used to locate the car. We had forgotten to get car insurance before we got there and he went out of his way working with the team to secure car insurance for us so we could take the car home. That was truly a huge moment as it saved us from having to drive home and come back the next day. That alleviated quite a bit of stress for us. He explained the car in detail. He even went outside with us and showed us all the different features and how to go about setting them up the way we wanted them. Never have I dealt with a car dealership that was that thorough. We had a great time chatting with him, he made the car buying experience, probably for the first time in my life, actually comfortable and enjoyable. His in-depth knowledge of the Palisades and it’s competitors was obviously through great training under your guidance. Anthony has a great personality for a salesperson. He was very honest and to the point. When we inquired about features that I thought maybe we could add with the same price point he let me know that the car price was the car price that it was not negotiable and yet I didn’t feel like he was trying to pressure us. The conversation, was more of a give-and-take with honest verbiage back-and-forth. The entire experience in the dealership took approximately two hours which to us was a rather quick and enjoyable experience that continued on the ride home as he called us to check on things. He contacted me a few times in the ensuing days to see how everything is going with the car. For us, this is customer service above and beyond. We own our own business and know how important customer service We think you should be proud that you have someone of this outstanding quality working for you. Emanus was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way! This was, without question, the most enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I wish that a 8:30 appointment means you’re going to be one of the firsy cars in and then out, but they said they needed the car all day just to diagnose the problem. By 5:00 pm I needed the car back but they still don’t know why the Avoidance system isn’t working.
No customer service in any way shape or form. They f I had not called after 8 days inquiring about stays if my car it would still be sitting there. No more Hyundais for me
