It’s a pleasure to work with Jorge. He is professional and knowledgeable. His communication is fast and efficient. Regarding service technician - I did not have a good experience, he left oil stains on my interior including headliner, drivers door and a steering wheel as well as exterior which is a pain to remove as well. I own multiple vehicle brands and never had tech staining my car.

We went to dealership because we received a recall on our 2020 Hyundai Tuscon. We had a few payments left on it and decided that we would trade it for a lease once it was paid off. The Tuscon was our fourth Hyundai and while we love the product our past experience with Tamiami Hyundai was less than favorable on many points, both sales and service.

Cumbersome to find the person who can assist you. This is a unnecessary step and should not require a minimum number of words.
The service department is good once you get an appointment. The problem is trying to make an appointment via phone or online - we always just go to the dealership and then make an appointment.
Dean was really great throughout the entire process of buying my son his first car. He kept in constant contact and was very accommodating with negotiation, setting up financing and even staying late since we were coming from Miami. The finance team allowed everything to go smoothly and were in and out in record time. Would highly recommend the dealership and Dean for his white glove service and overall professionalism.
I would like to say that buying two cars from the dealership was enjoyable because of our outstanding salesman Anthony Delisio who diligently met every need of ours while assisting us make those purchases. Terrible response time, no communication, no return calls. Had appt on a Friday, car was not brought into the shop until a week later. Why make an appointment? I had to call for any updates. Finally got car back, the car was dirty and had sticky sap on the hood and windshield. Inside my car it smelled like grease, there was grease on roof handle inside driver side door and on the visor I had to clean off. As far as purchasing vehicles at Tamiami Hyundai, the sales people treated us well. I only gave four stars because one year we were not treated well and took our business to your competitor. We came back two years ago to give the dealership a second chance and the sales person that helped us was so informative on what we wanted in a vehicle that we ended up two days later buying a second vehicle. The sales side of this dealership is awesome. Can’t say too much about the service center. Had trouble there over the years.

We had excellent service from Marc Rathaus, our sales person, who went out of his way to accommodate our busy weekend schedule. We also loved meeting the owner, who presented our final offer (and nudged our figure down for us), and Jason Prater who took us through financing and closing the sale. We were in a bind, having totaled a car and needed immediate help. Marc bent over backward to be sure we got what we needed. We absolutely love the product and feel like it’s a great value.
My Santa Cruz had a recall that was taken care of with no cost to me. The shop performed the software update in a timely manner. Jorge kept me apprised of when my vehicle was ready.
Our salesperson Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the right vehicle. Completing the paperwork was a breeze. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Tony gave a thorough lesson on how things work and set up phones, etc. for us.

I was charged 129.00 for a wheel alignment even though I told the service representative that I just had new tires installed and all that was done. Other wise the service appointment was good.

The dealership may have a good reputation but I had a 1245 appt which should take 30 minutes but they said 30 minutes once it gets in the shop for which there was a 90 minute backup and will take 2 hours total. What good are appointments??
Working with Anthony was a pleasure he’s not like other salesman who tried to pressure you into purchasing a vehicle. He’s very honest and straightforward. Definitely will use Anthony again and recommend him to friends. And family.

Horrible communication. Called to schedule an AC diagnosis appointment, the soonest they had was 11 days out. Took my car and they had it for 7 days before they touched it and diagnosed it. Then waited 3 more days for them to replace a piece on the AC system. Never once did I get a call from my advisor the entire 11 days it was there. I called and demanded I speak to a manager at least 3 times because I kept getting voicemail when they would transfer me. Longer wait than the 1.5 h they told me when I left the car. There was no update on the car srvice throughout my wait time. I had to ask Josh Gonzalez about my car after 2 h waiting. On receiveing the car back, they did not dry the car after they washed the car.
Excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and update was sent as soon as work was completed. In the 3 years I have owned my Hyundai I have consistently received great service and all questions or concerns handled immediately.
An oil change and tire rotation should not take 2 and 1/2 hours to complete when I had an appointment. I asked the service rep to fix the lights that come when the door is opened and that was not done. I still can not figure out how to set them so they come on when the door is opened but then go off automatically.
Basic oil change and cleaning service to battery was okay but long wait time, when I made the appointment I was told l would be able to get a estimate for a miner accident I had, this turned out not to be true,, I had to go elsewhere to get that service. I should have been told this when I made the appointment, not happy!
