The car service was fine but the waiting room situation was not. The music was hard rock and blasting. The first few minutes it was fine - but then someone changed the station and turned it up. Clearly a choice for the staff and not the customers. I moved into the quiet room - which was no longer designated as such. It was terrible. Anthony, my salesman was great! I think I got a good deal. Financing was easy as well.
Was kept informed of progress on the repair and received a contact if I had any questions. Repair and diagnosis was done very fast.
Never even had to step into the dealership. Gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done via email.
We purchased 2 vehicles from Robert Alvarado and the sales went flawlessly, Robert was more than helpful and a great asset to your dealership. We highly recommend him and will to anyone looking for a car.

Bought 2017 VW Jetta and had it shipped to Michigan. Upon receipt, we can’t open the fuel door. Reached out to Arlington and he said take it in and get it fixed as the door can’t be opened. I get a quote for $624.99 from a VW dealer because no other auto techs know how to resolve and Arlington suddenly changes his tune. Now he says “sold as is”. That is what some of us call a lie, plain and simple. So you got the better of me. Good job!
From the very beginning there was a warm welcome. Mark happened to be right the front door. He did a great job listening to me needs and wants.
It took over a month to get our car back. Did not seem to concerned that it was taking so long.

Making the appointment - easy. On time - and fast/clean service area. When I got my car back they changed controls (lights were no longer on auto) and they never re-set the trigger that I need service - since they just did the service! Waiting for manager to call me back - about this...more than 1 business day.

Leasing a 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 from Hyundai Tamiami was one of the most positive, transparent, stress-free experiences I’ve had acquiring a new lease due in large part to Jacob Banks and Eddie Garcia, Sales Manager, particularly in locating and acquiring a vehicle that I wanted and making a fair lease deal.
Ricardo was wonderful, polite efficient . Worked with us and had a great relationship with the finance person who did my loan.
The service staff are good, however I was very surprised at the $173.00 cost for the first oil change and tire rotation. It seems a bit much.,, I have a Ford Truck that was purchased at Tamiami Ford as well. I have never paid this cost for an oil change and tire rotation... Very disappointing!

Tamiami Hyundai has the nicest employees. Everyone there is pleasant and the waiting room is comfortable. They always wash my vehicle too which is appreciated.
Scheduling is poor because you can't speak with someone who knows anything about your car and it's service. $175 and 2.hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous.
I’d give this dealership an EXCEPTIONAL rating if it wasn’t for what happened at arrival. I pulled up to the closest line in the drive, and to just before the service desk. There were 3 service men standing there and not one made a move to greet me. Then it took them a minute to ask why I was there. I felt like I came to the wrong place. I was instructed to go to the waiting room. No one moved to either tell me which door or direction until I asked.

In spite of repeated requests for a loaner while my car is to be serviced I am frequently told that either there isn’t one OR it was AI to whom I spoke when the appointment was made. I know. It was a live human with whom I spoke because I phoned the service department and a live person answered and confirmed my choice of appointments. Jorge was totally indifferent to my needs, the appointment I had booked or what could be done to alter the outcome…I left and scheduled a future appointment.

Service center is terrible. Joshua Gonzalez has been my advisor for my last two appointments, to which he’s been late each time. This last appt was to replace a part on my seat that was broken during my previous service appt (oil change). I was told my car would be ready in 2-2.5 hrs. Came to Tamiami Hyundai after Fort Myers Hyundai failed us miserably twice. Tamiami Hyundai first class service department immediately greeted and checked in. Overall a pretty good experience with all involved. My only complaint is the car was not properly detailed. More time in this area would have been much appreciated. Running a car through a car wash is not the proper way to deliver a new car being picked up.

We have been loyal tamiami customers over the 30 years we’ve lived in Naples. Having bought several new and used vehicles from your Ford location as well as five vehicles in last 5 years at Hyundai between ourselves, our son and our daughter in law.
Two weeks ago I scheduled my regular oil change and tire rotation at Tamiami Hyundai I later called to let service know I also needed my windshield wipers checked. The auto setting is not working even at highest sensitivity level. My Tucson is still under the 60,000 mile warranty.
